Dr. Danforth
The following excerpt was taken from the cover of Dr. Danforth's book
"Stones from the Walls of Jericho":
Dr. Danforth was born in 1878 in Bainbridge and died there in 1964.
He graduated from Columbia Unversity where he received his medical
training .... Much of the information for Stones From the Walls of
Jericho was obtained by talking to patients as he visited their
homes... Dr. Danforth traces the fascinating history of Bainbridge up
until the middle of the 1950's. From that point, the Bainbridge
Historical Society has updated his notes with contemproary
photographs and captions. ... |
